# Common Problems

# General

# I'm using incompatible product version.

Use of incomaptible version of Lagom WHMCS Client Theme with WHMCS system could cause various issues in your client area or order process:

  • pages could generate "Ooops..." error.
  • theme elements could be unstyled.
  • etc.
# What can I do?

If you're already installed incompatible Lagom WHMCS Client Theme version, you have 2 options:

  1. Update/downgrade Lagom WHMCS Client Theme product, to version compatible with your WHMCS system, by fallowing update documentation.
  2. Update/downgrade WHMCS system installation, to version which is compatible with Lagom WHMCS Client Theme, by fallowing WHMCS update documentation.

# Access into theme updates and support has exired, or expiring soon.

Access into product updates and technical support need to be renewed every year, here is what happen if you do not renew your product before its due date:

  1. You will not be able to download latest product releases.
  2. You will not receive support for any ticket related with that product.
  3. Your product will remain active and fully functional, as Lagom licenses are active for lifetime.

# Theme Addon

# The RS Themes addon is not visible in the WHMCS admin area.

  1. Check if the steps described under the Installation - Activate Addon section have been performed successfully.
  2. Try to upload addon and theme files again to make sure that all product files have been correctly uploaded to your server.
  3. If the above steps will not resolve your issue, please contact our support.

# The addon displays unstyled content.

If the Lagom WHMCS Client Theme styles have not been uploaded correctly and you can see an unformatted page in the addon or the WHMCS theme, please check the WHMCS System URL in WHMCS General Settings. If you are using SSL, it should start from https://

# You cannot upload a logo to the branding addon section.

Please check if you have "write" permission enabled to save images on your server in the theme directory: /templates/lagom/assets/img/logo

# Can't open "Pages" tab

If you see similiar error when you try to visit "Pages" page in "RS Themes" addon, please make sure that MBString PHP extension is installed on your server. This extension is listed in "Recommended" WHMCS system requirements (opens new window).

# Color schemes do not load

When you see "black" blocks in "style" list, and your colors does not load when you enter to the management page of specific Lagom Style, as example below:

Please make sure that all "variable" files and folders has been copied from "defaults" folder, as in below example:

# Client Area

# The Dashboard MarketConnect banner is not showing up.

Please set up the WHMCS MaretConnect product as presented in the WHMCS documentation.

# How to translate MarketConnect banners?

If you wish to translate the MarketConnect banner description, please enable “Dynamic Field Translation” in “General Settings” and add translations to MarketConnect Products Groups. For more details, please refer to the WHMCS documentation.

# Ordering Process

# The complete order page is not styled.

WHMCS loads some files from the first folder (ordered alphabetically) in /templates/orderforms/ and can ignore the currently active theme.

Please make sure that our template is in the first place if you sort folders alphabetically, only then all the files will be correctly loaded from the currently activated WHMCS theme.

# Licensing

# I'm using incompatible version

Make sure that Lagom WHMCS Client Theme version, whichs you are trying to install is comaptible with your WHMCS system, please check below compatibility list.
