I'm using incompatible extension version.

Use of incompatible version of Lagom WHMCS Client Theme and Lagom Extensions could cause various issues. That's why before performing upgrade or installation of Lagom Extensions, you need to check if specific version is compatible with Lagom WHMCS Client Theme version which you currently use on your WHMCS server.

What can I do?

If you are already installed incompatible Lagom Extension version, you have 2 options:

1. Update Lagom WHMCS Theme product, to version which is compatible with currently installed Lagom Extension, by following update documentation article.
2. Update Lagom Extension, to version which is compatible with your Lagom WHMCS Client Theme:
   • Update of Email Template for Lagom WHMCS Client Theme Extension.
   • Update of Promotion Manager for Lagom WHMCS Client Theme Extension.
