Lagom uses a licensing system that checks your license every day by connecting to our server. It verifies details like your domain, IP address, and directory. If it finds a difference between your server details and what is saved on our licensing server, it will try to reconnect and verify the license over the next 30 days.
Grace Period: For the first three days, no error message will appear. This grace period helps avoid unnecessary alarms if there is just a temporary issue with your server or network. If the problem continues after three days, you will see a message saying you have 27 days left to fix it before your theme switches to the default WHMCS theme, and theme settings are blocked.
If you see this message:
"ERROR: Lagom WHMCS Client Theme Your server details do not match the details saved on our licensing server. Please reissue the license key in our client portal or contact our support. Please act fast because after 27 days, your theme will be switched to the default WHMCS theme, and theme settings will be blocked."

To ensure transparency and proper license usage, we have introduced a mechanism that checks whether your license has access to the version you are trying to download or install.
Each Lagom WHMCS Client Theme license includes access to "Updates & Support" for a defined period – for example, 12 months, depending on the selected billing cycle.
The system automatically validates which versions you can access based on their release date and the validity of your subscription.

You purchase the Lagom WHMCS Client Theme with a 12-month plan on May 1, 2024. Your support and updates access ends on May 1, 2025.

Additionally, the license checker files are secured to prevent tampering. If you have purchased the Encoded licensed version of our product, modifying any addon files is strictly prohibited. Any detected alterations will result in the product being automatically disabled.
When an issue is detected, an alert is generated to inform you of potential file integrity issues. This alert aims to help you maintain compliance with licensing terms and ensure that all functionalities are set up correctly. When you move your WHMCS system or install the Lagom product on a different WHMCS installation and if the domain, IP address, or directory you use for the Lagom product has changed, you have to update your license:
Initial activations of development licenses are processed automatically. However, any changes to the licensed environment - including updates to the domain, IP address, or installation directory - require manual license reissue by our support team.
To request a reissue of your development license, please contact us via the RS Studio Client Portal - Open Ticket, and include the following information:
The valid domain name of your development environment (Valid Domains).
The valid IP address of the development server (Valid IPs).
The valid directory path where WHMCS is installed on your development server. (Valid Directory)
Once we receive these details, our team will update your license accordingly.
Please note that this process is necessary for each change of environment to ensure the license functions correctly.

When you buy the Lagom WHMCS Client Theme, you get lifetime license for our product. However, if you do not have an active subscription, you will not have access to our "Technical Support" and product "Updates", including the ability to download newer versions. To regain these features, you need to renew your subscription. This can be done either by renewing the subscription for one year or by turning on the Auto Renewal function.
Follow the steps below to renew your subscription.
Renew Service For 1 Year: This button allows you to renew your subscription for one year. By selecting this option, you will have access to technical support and product updates for the next 12 months.
Turn Auto Renewal ON: This button activates the auto-renewal feature. When this option is enabled, your subscription will automatically renew each year, ensuring continuous access to technical support and updates without the need for manual renewal.
All versions of our Lagom WHMCS products receive full support and access to downloads for 24 months from their release date. During this period, customers can benefit from comprehensive support services and have unrestricted access to download the respective versions from our client portal.
After the 24-month support period, the download of that version will no longer be available through our client portal. It is important to note that once a version reaches its end of life (EOL), support for that version may be limited or entirely unavailable. We encourage our customers to stay updated with the latest versions to ensure they continue receiving full support and access to new features and improvements.
We do not release any patches or fixes for versions that have crossed their end of life date. To maintain optimal performance and security, we recommend upgrading to the latest version of our products.
