What are the differences between Leased Bundle and an Owned License?

Leased Bundles

Leased Bundles allow you to use our products on a subscription basis with either monthly or yearly billing. They provide a cost-effective way to access multiple products without a larger upfront investment.

However, Leased Bundles require an active subscription. If a subscription is not renewed, access to all products included in the bundle will be revoked and they will be automatically deactivated within your environment.

Owned Licenses

Owned Licenses are one-time purchases that grant lifetime usage rights for the purchased products. Even if you choose not to renew annual access to updates and technical support, the products will continue to function within your environment.

Can I keep using Lagom Leased Bundle without covering the renewal costs?

No, Leased Bundles require an active subscription. If the subscription is not renewed, access to all products included in the bundle will be revoked and they will be automatically deactivated.

What does it mean that the owned license is valid for lifetime?

A lifetime license means that once you purchase the product under the Owned License model, you may continue using it indefinitely. If you choose not to renew the annual maintenance, you will lose access to updates and technical support, but the product will remain fully functional on your website.

What does it mean that the Leased License is valid for month?

The Leased Bundle operates on a monthly billing cycle. If the license is not renewed after the billing period ends, access to the products will be revoked and they will be automatically deactivated.

What does it mean that the license is for “Single Domain” or “Five Domains”?

Lagom Owned products are available in two license variants:

  • Single Domain – allows installation and use on one domain.
  • Five Domains – allows installation and use on up to five domains simultaneously.

To avoid compatibility issues, it is important to match the license type of extensions with the license type of your Lagom theme.

Leased Bundles use a single license key assigned to one production domain. At this time, Five Domains and Development License variants are not available for Leased Bundles.

Can I modify Leased Bundle offer to affect its price or products included?

No, the Leased Bundle is a fixed package and cannot be modified by adding or removing products to change the price.

However, you may purchase additional Owned Licenses separately to expand your setup.

Do you offer trial licenses for your products?

We do not offer trial licenses for our products. Instead, we provide a 14-day Money Back Guarantee for all purchases. This means you can purchase the product, fully test it, and if for any reason you are not satisfied within the first 14 calendar days, you may request a full refund.

Refunds are processed within 14 business days from the date your refund request is confirmed.

If the 14-day period has expired, you still have the option to exchange the purchased product for another of the same value, or with an additional payment if the selected product is more expensive.

This approach allows you to fully evaluate the product in a real-world environment and ensure it meets your expectations.
