We would like to inform you about a significant update regarding the implementation of our End-of-Life (EOL) policy for all Lagom WHMCS products, effective immediately. This policy is being implemented to ensure we can offer the best possible support and concentrate our efforts on the latest product versions. By focusing on the most current versions, we can provide enhanced security, improved performance, and access to the latest features and innovations.

What Does This Mean?

Effective immediately, all versions of our Lagom WHMCS products will receive full support and access to downloads for 24 months from their release date. During this period, customers can benefit from comprehensive support services and have unrestricted access to download the respective versions from our client portal.

Once a specific version of our product reaches its EOL date, it will be subject to the following limitations:

  • Limited Technical Support - Once a version reaches its EOL, support for that version may be limited or entirely unavailable, as we no longer maintain development servers for these versions.
  • No Product Download - Each version of our products will be fully supported and available for download for 24 months after their release date. After this 24-month period, the download of that version will no longer be available through our client portal.
  • No Fixes or Patches - No patches or fixes will be released for versions that have crossed their EOL date.
  • No Security Patches - To maintain optimal performance and security, we recommend upgrading to the latest version of our products, as no security patches will be released for EOL versions.

Required Actions

To ensure a smooth transition and continued access to your necessary files, please take the following steps:

  1. Download Older Versions - If you need access to older versions of our products, please contact us by the end of this year. Starting next year, these files will no longer be provided even via our contact form. Ensure you save these files locally if you plan to use the EOL versions.
  2. Stay Updated - Regularly check for new releases to stay informed about the latest updates and enhancements. Plan your upgrades accordingly to ensure your system is always running a supported version. Subscribe to our newsletter to be up to date with the latest releases and news.
