Important Pricing Updates

Starting April 1, 2024, we have transitioned our “Module Integration” extensions from free offerings to a yearly subscription model. This decision was driven by several factors aimed at improving the quality and availability of our services.

As the number of supported third-party modules continues to grow, so do the complexities involved in maintaining compatibility, ensuring timely updates, and delivering reliable support. The shift to a subscription model allows us to allocate the necessary resources for these tasks, while also keeping up with the latest industry standards.

Additionally, this change will enable us to expand our range of supported modules, offering even more integrations to meet our customers’ needs. It also ensures that we can maintain the high level of service and reliability that you expect from us, without compromising on quality.

We believe that this transition is crucial for us to continue providing the best possible service, while also expanding our offerings and maintaining the reliability you depend on.

What Does This Mean for You?

If you previously ordered a free integration, you will keep access to all versions released up until the date of your initial order, without any additional cost. You can continue using these versions as long as they meet your needs.

However, to gain access to newer versions released after your initial free order, you will need to purchase the integration from our marketplace. This will provide you with continued updates and compatibility with the latest third-party modules.

If you do not require the latest updates, you can keep using the version currently available in your client area without any further changes.

New Releases & Updates for Module Integrations

Thanks to the transition to our new pricing model, we have been able to release numerous updates and introduce several new integrations. We have also enhanced several existing integrations, including popular modules like DirectAdmin, cPanel, and Plesk, ensuring they remain fully compatible and visually aligned with the latest versions of our Lagom Client Theme. This shift allows us to provide better support, faster updates, and continuous improvements across all our integrations.
