# Email Template

Lagom Email template consist from 2 options.

# Option 1 - For clients who do not use our Lagom WHMCS Theme.

This option DO NOT have an WHMCS addon, require basic HTML knowledge and manual installation of the email template in WHMCS system. If you want to have possibility to edit Lagom Eamil Template, via WHMCS addon, you need to buy our Lagom WHMCS Theme product by clicking below button:

# Option 2 - For clients who use our Lagom WHMCS Theme.

This option allows you to install an WHMCS addon, which unlock editing possibility via WHMCS addon, so you do not need to know HTML or CSS code.

Option 1

# Download Files

1. Log in to "Client Area"
2. Go to "My services"
3. Download the package with "Email Template" product.

# Upload Graphics

To use graphics in your eamil template, first we need to upload them to your server, to do this, please fallow bellow steps:

4. Open downloaded and extracted folder.
5. Go to Lagom Email Template Html folder.
6. Choose email style, which you are going to use, and open it's folder. In our case this will be Lagom Email Template Html\depth folder.
7. Open img folder.
8. Replace the logo-pos.png file, with your own logo graphics. Please remember that the name of your logo graphic need to be identical.
9. Login to your FTP account, and upload all files from img folder to your server. In our case, we will create email-tempalte folder, inside the WHMCS images folder.

# Edit HTML Code

10. Go back to your email style folder. In our case it's Lagom Email Template Html\depth folder.

# Replace Graphics URLs

11. Open footer.html and header.html file in your code editor.
12. Find and replace all img/ strings with correct directory to email images. In our case it will be https://rsstudio.net/my-account/images/email-template/

# Replace Domain Name URLs

13. Open footer.html and header.html file in your code editor.
14. Find and replace all http://your.whmcs-domain.com strings with correct url to your domain name. In our case it will be https://rsstudio.net.
15. Open footer.html file.
16. Find and replace http://lagom.rsstudio.net string with your domain name.
17. Find and replace lagom.rsstudio.net string with your domain name.

# Customize Social Links

By default Lagom Email Template has 6 social links:

• Facebook
• Google+
• Twitter
• Linkedin
• Youtube
• Instagram

If you want to remove some of them, and place correct social urls, please fallow below steps:

18. Open footer.html file.
19. Go to line 49 and remove unnecessary social links. In our case, we will remove, Instagram, Youtube, Linkedin.
20. Replace urls for each social link.

# Customize footer

By default Lagom Email Template has 5 footer links:

• Login to your account
• Support
• Terms of services
• Privacy policy
• About

21. Open footer.html file
22. Go to line 179, and remove unnecessary links.
23. Replace # with correct links.
24. Customize copyright text © 2018 Lagom. All rights reserved. 151 W. 25th Street, Floor 5, New York, NY 100001 in line 214.

# Installation

25. Log in to your WHMCS admin area
26. Go to "Setup" → "General Settings" → "Mail"
27. "Global CSS" field should include the contents of the {style_name}/global.css file.
28. "Global Header" field should include the contents of the {style_name}/header.html file.
29. "Global Footer" field should include the contents of the {style_name}/footer.html file.
30. After copying the code, click on "Save Changes" and enjoy your newly configured email template.

Option 2

If you have an active Lagom WHMCS theme license, you can install an extension for our WHMCS addon, which allows you to fully manage the Lagom WHMCS Email Template. You won't need to have any HTML or CSS knowledge to customize the template to your needs.

# Installation

1. To perform installation of Lagom Extension, please fallow steps described in extension installation instruction.

# Activation

2. Login to your WHMCS admin area.
3. Go to "Addons" → "RSThemes".
4. Open Extensions tab.
5. Click Manage next to Lagom Email Template tab.
6. Click Activate.

# Configuration

7. Go to Settings tab.
8. Customize Header Text field if needed.
9. Customize Header Link Text field if needed. Note: the link value is fixed and directs to "Email History" of specific client, in your WHMCS Client Area.
10. Go to Social Links tab.
11. Choose which social links you want to display in your email, using the switcher button.
12. Enter correct social links urls.
13. Go to Footer tab.
14. Configure Copyright field.
15. Choose which footer links you want to display in your email, using the switcher button.
16. Enter correct footer links urls
17. Go to Styles tab.
18. Choose which style, would you like to use for your Lagom Email Template
