Search Engine Indexing Control
The new feature allows you to control whether a page should be crawled by search engines or included in your sitemap. You can choose between two options:
- Allow: Adds the page to your sitemap and includes index follow code in the page’s <head>, allowing search engines to index it.
- Disallow: Blocks search engines by adding the page to robots.txt and applying noindex nofollow code, preventing it from appearing in search results.
This feature provides flexibility in managing SEO for specific pages within your client area.
Enhanced Free Domain Display
This feature significantly improves the visibility and understanding of free domain offers on the "Configure Product Domain" page within the Lagom Client Theme. It is designed to eliminate confusion and enhance user comprehension by clearly outlining the free domain promotions.
Before enhancements, when ordering hosting products, the inclusion of a free domain was unclear. Although a note appeared under the domain search box (* Free Domain Registration applies to the following extensions only: .com), the regular prices were still displayed upon searching. This did not clearly communicate which domains were free and under what conditions. Furthermore, the "Most Popular" and "Suggested Domains" sections continued to show standard prices.
Improvements Made
- Specific TLD Information: Clearly lists which TLDs are available for free with the product.
- Billing Cycle Details: Specifies which billing cycles qualify for the free domain offer.
- Restriction to First Product: Clarifies that the free domain offer applies only to the first product of a specific category in a customer's order.
- Pricing Clarity: Regular prices are now crossed out with $0.00 displayed for eligible domains right on the domain selection screen to ensure transparency.

Updated reCAPTCHA v3 Support
WHMCS now supports reCAPTCHA v3, providing stronger protection against automated bots while maintaining a seamless user experience.
Localization Improvements
WHMCS 8.11 has significantly enhanced the experience for international users by improving the availability and quality of translations in both the admin and client areas. This includes leveraging machine translations to cover any previously untranslated strings, ensuring that all supported languages offer a complete translation experience.
Additionally, WHMCS is launching a new translations portal, allowing users to suggest improvements and changes to language translations, ensuring continuous improvement and localization accuracy.
PHP 8.2 Support
WHMCS 8.11 introduces support for PHP 8.2, along with continued support for PHP versions 7.2, 7.3, 7.4, and 8.1. To take advantage of PHP 8.2, you must first update to WHMCS 8.11 and then update your PHP version, ensuring that you are also using ionCube Loaders Version 13 or higher.
Ticket Closure Controls
One of the top requested features, ticket closure controls, has now been introduced. This gives you the ability to control whether customers or guest ticket owners can close their tickets. These settings can be applied at both the department and individual ticket level, giving you flexibility to manage ticket closure permissions as needed.
PayPal Payments Auto-Migration
WHMCS 8.11 streamlines the transition to the new PayPal Payments integration. Customers will automatically be migrated to the new PayPal Checkout experience when they manually initiate a PayPal transaction for the first time. This new integration offers faster checkouts, improved subscription billing, and a smoother customer experience.
Stripe Restricted API Keys
Stripe is enhancing security by mandating the use of Restricted API Keys for all future gateway connections. WHMCS 8.11 simplifies this transition by providing an automated process through the Stripe App Marketplace, helping you update your keys with minimal effort.
